Also contained in this latest image release appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and contains a legend labelling different areas of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including plans for marina coverings.
